Job Description:-
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us establish a robust channel partner network in the USA. As a candidate for this position, you should possess a strong domain expertise in Access Control, Access Management, Physical Security, Mobile Credentials, Smart Identities, and Biometrics, which will enable you to recommend the most appropriate solution to our end customers and channel networks.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with end customers, consultants, architects, and integration partners. Therefore, candidates with existing relationships in the industry would be highly valued. We are looking for experienced sales managers with a proven track record of success in Access Control sales and an established partner network.

Key Responsibilities:-
- As a Sales Manager at IDCUBE Corporation, you will take full ownership of all relationships with VARs, consultants, and end-users in your assigned region. You will be responsible for channel management and driving sales activities to meet or exceed financial objectives.
- Excellent communication skills will be critical in this role as you will participate in clear communication with your reporter hierarchy to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals. You will also maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competition to inform your sales strategies.
- Additionally, you will build and maintain aggressive account growth plans for top customers in your assigned geography and execute those plans with precision. You will also facilitate connections with internal resources to provide our customers with value and ease of doing business.
- Your role will be to add value to customers through growth and support activities, such as product demonstrations, regional trade shows, and product roadshows. You will be expected to own RFP responses and submittals within your local territory and provide productive strategic and market feedback to the business.
- Finally, you will be responsible for building and executing plans to support customer and market training needs, ensuring that our customers are fully equipped to use our products and solutions effectively. Experience Required:-
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Physical Security preferably Physical Access Control.
- Must have 5 years in SaaS/ARR Sales. Experienced in partner On-boarding. Experienced in End User Management and must have a network of Specifiers.
